January-May: 214 € per night* (a minimum of 3 nights)

Boking informations

Booking

When having sent the booking request through the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with information on how to pay te 30% down payment.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will e-mail you a confirmation on this as well as on the definitive booking.

Payment

The payment is split into two parts:

- The first part is a down payment of 30% of the total cost. This amount must be inserted on our account no later than 2 weeks after the first booking confirmation. If the money is not on our account on that date the booking is annulled. The booking is definitive as soon as the money is received by us.

- The rest of the total cost is to be payed at arrival or transferred to our account no later than a week before arrival.

To cancel

If cancelled earlier than 40 days prior to rental period, 95% of the amount is refunded.

If cancelled between 40 and 21 days prior to rental period, 50% of the amount is refunded.

If cancelled less than 21 days prior to rental period, there is no refund.

Check in / Check out

From June to September the estate is rented on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.

Check in after 4 p.m.

Check out before 10 a.m.

Deposition

At arrival there is a €200 deposition that is refunded at departure, given that the house is in an acceptable condition.
